1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of the poko bet platform at poko-bet.app — including browsing the site, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and poko bet.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must cease use of the poko bet platform immediately and must not create or continue to operate an account. Continued use of any part of the platform after the effective date of any revised version of these terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

1.1 Additional Policies

2.1 Age Verification

3. Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of poko bet services — including deposits, betting, and withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration is free and open to eligible players across all eight divisions of Bangladesh.
3.1 Registration Requirements

Where duplicate accounts are identified, poko bet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed across those accounts, and withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit at poko bet is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by poko bet, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your poko bet account in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours to credit depending on the sending institution's processing schedule. poko bet does not charge deposit fees; any fees charged by your payment provider are outside poko bet's control and responsibility.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed by the poko bet finance team during operational hours. 4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

5. Betting Rules & Game Conduct
The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the poko bet platform, across all product categories including sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games.
5.1 Bet Placement and Settlement
Bets are accepted and confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued, it cannot be amended or cancelled. For sports betting markets, bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL fixtures, the International Cricket Council for international fixtures). For live casino and slot games, settlement is determined by the certified RNG or live dealer outcome as recorded by the game server. In the event of a disputed outcome, the game server log is the definitive record.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

5.3 Void Bets
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances:
- The event or match is abandoned before the minimum period required for official result purposes.
- A manifest error in the displayed odds is identified prior to settlement.
- The bet was placed on a market that was opened or operated in error.
- Suspicion of match-fixing or event manipulation is confirmed by the relevant governing body.
5.4 Manifest Errors
poko bet reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error — for example, odds published at a price substantially different from the true market price due to a technical fault or human error. In such cases, stakes are returned in full. poko bet will not profit from its own manifest errors, nor will it honour winnings generated from a manifest error at the expense of its overall operations. The threshold for what constitutes a manifest error is a reasonable discrepancy from the expected market price.
5.5 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and potential permanent closure of your account:
- Using software, bots, algorithms, or automated systems to place bets or interact with games.
- Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities to generate winnings.
- Colluding with other players in live casino games to manipulate outcomes.
- Engaging in bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, or using promotional funds in a manner designed to extract value without genuine gameplay intent.
- Using the platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal recreational gambling.
6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time window; bonus funds that expire before the requirement is met are forfeited without compensation. 6.2 Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the offer. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds. Existing players are not eligible for the welcome bonus; they may be eligible for reload and loyalty offers as communicated through the platform.
6.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. 7. Account Suspension & Closure
poko bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a terms violation has occurred, that the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, or that continued operation of the account conflicts with applicable law or responsible gaming obligations.
7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure
Without limiting poko bet's general discretion, the following circumstances may result in account suspension or closure:
- Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or registration information.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of being requested.
- Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same player.
- Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 5.5 of these terms.
- Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
- Chargebacks initiated against poko bet by the player's payment provider.
- Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at poko bet staff.
- Breach of any material provision of these Terms & Conditions.
7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Upon receiving a closure request, poko bet will process the closure and return your real-money balance via your registered payment method, less any applicable deductions for active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements. Closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
7.3 Effect of Closure
Upon closure of your account — whether voluntary or at poko bet's initiative — access to the platform is disabled immediately. All pending bets placed before closure are settled normally and the outcomes applied to your balance. Outstanding balances at the time of closure are returned via your registered payment method after deduction of any amounts legitimately owed to poko bet. In cases of closure for a terms violation, poko bet reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance pending investigation.
8. Responsible Gaming Policy

9.4 Governing Language
These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which is the governing language of the agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version of these terms and any translation or paraphrase, the English version shall prevail.
9.5 Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these terms will continue in full force and effect.
